Electrician - CCTV Technician

We are looking for a skilled, multi-talented Full-Time Electrical & CCTV Technician to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for handling standard electrical wiring and maintenance, alongside installing and configuring CCTV surveillance systems. The ideal candidate must be based in Bengaluru, open to short outstation travel for specific projects, and highly motivated by performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical Work: Execute electrical wiring, conduit piping, panel assembly, and maintenance of electrical fixtures and equipment.
• CCTV System Installation: Mount, position, and install analog and IP CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, routers, and power supplies.
• CCTV Configuration: Lay network/coaxial cabling (Cat6, 3+1) and configure network settings for remote viewing on mobile apps or monitors.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix faults in both electrical circuits and CCTV system hardware or connectivity.
• Outstation Travel: Travel occasionally to outstation project sites outside Bengaluru for short-term project executions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: ITI Certificate in Electrical/Electronics, Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or equivalent technical training.
• Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven experience handling both electrical wiring and CCTV camera installations.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with electrical testing tools (multimeters) and networking basics (crimping RJ45, configuring routers/IP addresses).
• Travel Flexibility: Must be fully willing to travel outstation when project demands arise (all travel and lodging expenses covered).
• Language: Fluency or working knowledge in Kannada is highly preferred; basic English/Hindi is a plus.
