Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented, energetic Event Coordinator and EVENT HELPERS to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a wide variety of events—from corporate, Wedding and promotional launches to private celebrations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Vendor Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients; liaise with suppliers, caterers, florists, audio-visual teams, and decorators to secure services and ensure on-time setup.
- On-Site Supervision: Oversee event setup, teardown, and live execution to ensure everything runs smoothly according to the timeline.
- Logistics & Timeline Management: Prepare detailed event schedules, floor plans, production run-sheets, and manpower allocations.
- Budget Tracking: Assist in preparing cost estimations, managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring vendor invoicing is completed.
- Problem Solving: Proactively address on-site challenges, client requests, or unexpected logistical changes with quick decision-making.
- Venue visit and support for getting tie-up with resorts and hotels
