About the Role We are looking for a Female Experience Center Executive to manage our Interiors Experience Center and assist customers in understanding our interior design solutions, materials, finishes, hardware, furniture, and other products.

The ideal candidate should be well-presented, friendly, confident in communication, and interested in interiors and customer interaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and attend to customers visiting the Experience Center.
• Explain different interior materials, laminates, finishes, hardware, furniture, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and design options.
• Understand customer requirements and preferences.
• Explain product features, benefits, and available options in a simple and professional manner.
• Demonstrate material samples and Experience Center displays to customers.
• Coordinate with the Design and Sales Team for customer requirements and follow-ups.
• Maintain proper arrangement and presentation of material samples and displays.
• Record customer enquiries and maintain basic customer details.
• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries when required.
• Assist in preparing quotations, presentations, and basic documentation when required.
• Ensure the Experience Center is clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times.
• Required Skills Good English communication skills.
• Telugu/English/Kannada/Hindi communication will be an added advantage.
• Pleasant personality and good customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel / WhatsApp.
• Interest in Interior Design, Furniture, Architecture, or Home Interiors.
• Good presentation and convincing skills.
• Ability to explain products clearly to customers.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Preferred CandidateFemale candidate with a smart, presentable, and professional personality.
• Candidates from Interior Design, Architecture, Fashion, Sales, Hospitality, or Customer Service backgrounds are preferred.
• Experience in an interior showroom, furniture showroom, experience center, or similar customer-facing role will be an advantage.
