Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month + fuel & travel reimbursement (as per company policy)

RareShelf is a curated fashion discovery and home-trial platform bringing Bengaluru’s most distinctive independent boutiques and designer studios directly to clients' living rooms. Instead of spending hours in traffic browsing crowded malls, our customers discover limited-edition ready-to-wear pieces and try them on at home before buying.

The Role

You are RareShelf's personal face and brand ambassador. In this role, you will bridge the gap between luxury independent boutiques and private client homes. You will pick up curated garment trays, travel to scheduled customer bookings in your zone, guide clients through fits, silhouettes, and styling, and manage seamless transactions and inventory care.

What You’ll Do

• Curated Collection handled safely to Client's Home & Back: Collect the curated garment trays and trial selections from partner boutiques/hubs, understand the nuance of design for each piece as needed, and travel safely to customer homes within your designated zone with help of another driver partner.
• Private In-Home Styling: Assist clients during their private home trials by guiding them through outfit combinations, silhouettes, cuts, occasions, and personal body styling.
• Fit & Alteration Guidance: Offer honest, confident styling advice; assess fit issues, explain fabric fall, and take pin/chalk measurements if sizing adjustments are required.
• Digital Checkouts & Payments: Process payments digitally via mobile QR/payment links for items the client chooses to keep.
• Garment Care & Chain of Custody: Maintain the presentation of every piece—fold, steam if needed, and pack returned garments cleanly to preserve boutique standards at all times.
• Customer Insights & Feedback Loop: Note customer sizing preferences, fabric feedback, and style requests to share directly with the merchandising and operations team.

What We’re Looking For

• Fashion Eye & Knowledge: A genuine passion for apparel, with a strong understanding of fabrics, garment cuts, fits, color palettes, and styling.
• Interpersonal Warmth & Confidence: High empathy, polite communication, and ease in entering client residences and conducting one-on-one styling consultations.
• Field Reliability: Punctual, organized, and comfortable with day-to-day on-ground travel across assigned residential clusters.
• Smartphone & Tech Fluency: Comfortable using mobile apps for route navigation, booking status updates, and digital payment collection.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of Kannada is a valuable plus.
• Background: Prior experience in fashion retail, boutique clienteling, personal shopping, or a diploma/degree in Fashion Design or Garment Construction is preferred, but fresh candidates with exceptional taste and communication are welcome to apply.

Work Details & Schedule

• Work Days: 5 days a week (Wednesday to Sunday; Mondays and Tuesdays off).
• Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
• Operating Clusters: Indiranagar, HSR Layout, Koramangala, and adjacent central/south Bengaluru areas.
• Remuneration: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 fixed monthly pay + travel/fuel allowance.
