About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and field-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Operations Executive. The role involves travelling extensively across Bangalore to identify potential retail property locations, conduct on-ground research, and support the company's store expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel extensively across Bangalore to identify potential properties for new retail store locations.
• Conduct on-ground visits to assess properties based on location, visibility, accessibility, and suitability for retail operations.
• Identify and connect with property owners, landlords, brokers, and real estate agents.
• Conduct market research to identify high-potential areas for retail expansion.
• Take photographs and maintain records of shortlisted properties.
• Coordinate with internal teams to share property updates and arrange site visits.
• Maintain a database of potential properties and provide regular updates on field activities.
• Support the property acquisition process by following up with property owners and brokers.

• Requirements
• Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and have a valid driving licence.
• Willingness to travel full-time across Bangalore for fieldwork.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to independently explore locations and build relationships with property owners and brokers.
• Prior experience in field operations, real estate, business development, or property acquisition is an advantage. Freshers with a strong willingness to travel and learn may also apply.

Someone who is energetic, self-motivated, comfortable working on the ground, and capable of identifying promising retail locations across Bangalore.

Important: This is a field-based role requiring extensive daily travel across Bangalore. Owning a two-wheeler is mandatory.
