Key Skills & Requirements

  • Communication & Negotiation: Strong verbal persuasion, active listening, and conflict-resolution skills to handle difficult or frustrated debtors calmly.
  • Local Mobility & Geography: Good knowledge of local routes and areas (e.g., across Bengaluru or assigned zones) for daily field travel.
  • Education & Experience: Typically requires a minimum of a high school diploma or graduation degree, with prior experience in field sales, customer service, or debt recovery.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic familiarity with mobile CRM apps, digital payment interfaces (UPI, POS), and reporting tools. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
