Field Collection Executive

Job Title: Collection Executive (Payday Loan Collections)Job DescriptionWe are looking for experienced Collection Executives with a background in Payday Loan Collections. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling field collections, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving daily collection targets while following company policies.

• Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up with customers for outstanding payday loan payments.
• Visit customers at their locations to collect overdue payments.
• Complete 10 to 15 customer visits per day.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with customers to resolve payment-related issues.
• Update collection status and visit reports in the system.
• Ensure timely debt recovery while maintaining a professional and respectful approach.
• Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines during all collection activities.
• Eligibility CriteriaExperience: Minimum experience in Payday Loan Collections is mandatory.
• Freshers are not eligible.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be willing to travel for field collections.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
