Field Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and field-oriented professionals to join our Operations team as Field Executive – OPS. The role involves managing on-ground operational activities across hospital locations, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of processes, and resolving operational issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

·      Coordinate day-to-day field operations across assigned hospital locations

·      Provide on-ground operational support and ensure smooth execution of activities

·      Coordinate with hospital staff, doctors, and internal teams regularly

·      Handle vendor coordination, follow-ups, and issue resolution

·      Ensure timely reporting and operational updates

·      Visit multiple hospital locations as per operational requirements

·      Support implementation and execution of operational processes

·      Escalate and resolve field-level challenges proactively

Requirements

·      Graduate in any discipline

·      Prior experience in field operations, healthcare operations, or coordination roles preferred

·      Comfortable with travelling and field work

·      Good communication and interpersonal skills

·      Strong coordination and follow-up abilities

·      Basic knowledge of Excel/reporting is preferred

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
