Job Description
As a Field Relationship Manager, your main responsibility is to build relationships with property owners and tenants and generate business for the company.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Property Owner Acquisition: Visit property owners and convince them to list their properties with Vallee Space.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain good relationships with property owners and tenants.
- Property Visits: Visit properties, inspect them and collect property details, photos and necessary information.
- Tenant Assistance: Help prospective tenants find suitable rental properties and arrange property visits.
- Lead Generation: Identify new customers through field visits, references and cold calling.
- Sales and Target Achievement: Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with property owners and prospective tenants.
- Problem Resolution: Handle customer queries and coordinate to resolve property-related issues.
- Documentation: Maintain customer information, property details and daily field-visit reports.
- Coordination: Work with the internal relationship management and operations teams.
