Hiring: Field Operations Executive – Mystery Audit & Device RecoveryCompany: Scoutworld Pvt Ltd, in collaboration with Awign

We are hiring Field Operations Executives for exciting on-ground projects across Bengaluru. Candidates will work on two major projects: Cult.fit Mystery Audit and Tata Play/ACT Device Recovery.

• Project 1: Cult.fit Mystery AuditVisit assigned Cult.fit centres and conduct mystery audits using the prescribed checklist.
• Verify service quality, staff behaviour, customer experience and centre standards.
• Capture required photographs and submit accurate audit reports through Google Forms or the designated application.
• Follow audit guidelines and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Project 2: Tata Play / ACT Device RecoveryVisit assigned customer locations for device recovery.
• Contact customers and coordinate recovery visits.
• Collect eligible devices and accessories as per project guidelines.
• Update recovery status, maintain records and submit proof of completed visits.
• Visit scheduled and assigned locations to improve recovery performance.
• EligibilityEducation: 10th pass, 12th pass or any graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic smartphone knowledge and ability to use Google Forms.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and work in the field.
• Punctual, honest and responsible candidates preferred.
• Salary & BenefitsSalary range: ₹18,000–₹30,000 per month, based on performance and project requirements.
