Job Summary;

We are looking for a Field Executive who is responsible for meeting clients, understanding their project requirements, presenting our services, and converting qualified leads into successfully closed projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet clients through field visits and scheduled appointments.
• Understand the client's project requirements, budget, and expectations.
• Present our products/services and explain the project solutions.
• Build strong relationships and maintain regular follow-ups with clients.
• Use excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills to convert prospects.
• Handle client objections and clarify their concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales and project teams to move prospects towards closure.
• Follow up consistently until the project is confirmed and closed.
• Achieve monthly project closure and sales targets.
