Job Description
FIELD EXECUTIVE – JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
- Merchant Onboarding: Identify and onboard new merchants to the Paytm platform.
- Soundbox Deployment: Install and deploy Soundbox devices at eligible merchant locations.
- Merchant Service: Provide timely support and service to existing merchants and resolve their queries.
- Merchant Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with merchants and ensure a positive service experience.
- Field Visits: Regularly visit assigned merchant locations and complete daily activities as per business requirements.
- Business Growth: Identify opportunities for additional products and services among existing and new merchants.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in the field.
- Android smartphone required.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving licence preferred.
- Ability to manage assigned territory and merchant relationships.
