Field Executive, Inside Sales

 Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) of solar plants ● Address and resolve bill reading issues ● Ensure high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) through effective service delivery ● Assist with plant online monitoring and customer registration ● Adhere to SOPs while conducting PMs and CMs ● Maintain and adhere to zero safety violations 

Perform signal and power wiring for custom-built test rigs, automation rigs, and laboratory equipment. ● Route cables neatly and professionally, considering safety, accessibility, serviceability, bend radius, and aesthetics. ● Understand and implement proper segregation of power, signal, communication, and control cables. ● Perform high-quality soldering, crimping, termination, connector assembly, and cable preparation. ● Read and understand basic electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and connection drawings. ● Identify and troubleshoot wiring faults, loose connections, incorrect terminations, and other electrical issues. ● Perform electrical debugging and rework during rig development and commissioning. ● Apply proper wire and cable labeling to ensure easy identification and maintenance. ● Maintain good workmanship standards, including the use of cable ties, sleeves, conduits, ferrules, heat-shrink tubes, glands, and other wiring accessories. ● Support periodic maintenance, repair, and modification of existing electrical test rigs. ● Ensure all wiring work follows good electrical safety practices and maintains a clean and organized work environment. ● Work closely with engineers during the development and improvement of custom rigs and test setups.  Experience in Automobile/EV Sales
