About The Fit Cubs

The Fit Cubs is a curriculum-based multi-sports program for preschools and schools, designed for children aged 2–16 years. Our programs include Gymnastics, Football, Basketball, Cricket, Athletics and other sports activities. We work closely with schools and preschools to create engaging and structured sports programs for children.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Field Marketing professional to drive school and preschool partnerships, generate leads, conduct meetings with decision-makers, and expand The Fit Cubs' presence across assigned locations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new leads from schools, preschools, daycare centres and educational institutions.
• Visit schools and preschools regularly for business development and partnership opportunities.
• Meet and build relationships with school owners, principals, administrators and management teams.
• Present The Fit Cubs' multi-sports programs and explain the benefits to schools and parents.
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, events, references and local marketing activities.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations when required.
• Follow up with prospective schools and convert leads into partnerships.
• Maintain a database of prospects, meetings, follow-ups and conversions.
• Coordinate with the operations and coaching teams during new school onboarding.
• Participate in school events, sports days, exhibitions and promotional activities.
• Track competitor activities and local market opportunities.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
• Prepare regular reports on field activities, leads, meetings and conversions.
• Requirements fresher or experience in Field Marketing, Business Development, B2B Sales or Institutional Sales.
• Experience in the education, preschool, kids' activities, sports, fitness or edtech sector is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with frequent field visits.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good knowledge of the local market.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who have previously worked with schools, preschools, daycare centres, education companies, sports academies or kids' activity businesses will be preferred.
