Job Description
We are hiring enthusiastic Field Recruiters for Snabbit. Candidates will visit residential areas, apartments, and local communities to recruit people interested in home services and help them complete the joining process.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit residential areas and local communities to find potential candidates.
- Explain job opportunities, salary, benefits, and job requirements.
- Encourage interested candidates to register and join the company.
- Assist candidates with registration and document collection.
- Coordinate with the onboarding team for training and joining formalities.
- Maintain daily reports of candidates contacted, registered, and onboarded.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass. 10th Pass may be considered in select locations.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of the local language is preferred.
- Must have a smartphone.
- Must be comfortable with fieldwork and meeting new people.
- Experience in field sales, recruitment, or delivery hiring is an advantage.
