Field Recruiter

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment of vehicle drivers, including four-wheeler drivers. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified drivers while ensuring hiring targets are achieved within the defined timelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource and recruit vehicle drivers through field activities, referrals, job portals, social media, local networks, and recruitment drives.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Verify driver documentation, including Driving License, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and other required documents.
• Coordinate with operations and hiring managers to understand driver requirements.
• Schedule interviews, driving tests, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of driver candidates to meet hiring demands.
• Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment activities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct field visits to driver hubs, transport stands, and local communities to attract potential candidates.
• Meet assigned hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
• Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in recruitment, field hiring, or mass hiring.
• Experience in driver hiring, logistics, transportation, or blue-collar recruitment is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve hiring targets.
• Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and local travel.
