Field Sales Executive

Job Description:

The On-Field Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in converting sales through the Expert Home

Service Vertical. This role involves meeting customers at their homes, understanding their needs,

providing measurement assistance, providing customised home furnishing – curtains, blinds, cushions

and dining linen solutions, provide an on-site quotation and close the order.

Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct on-field visits to customer homes for consultations and product demonstrations

based on leads given by company

 Take measurements of windows and understand hardware requirements

 Understand customer preferences and provide personalized fabric recommendations.

 Provide quotation, follow up and close order

 Post order closure, ensure timely delivery & offer post purchase service

 Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.

 Coordinate with the backend team to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.

 Identify new leads and opportunities to grow the customer base
