Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Operations Executive (Field Sales Associate) to drive restaurant and vendor onboarding for Flipkart Minutes Food.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting restaurants and potential business partners, explaining the platform's offerings, converting prospects into active partners, and managing relationships within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Vendor & Restaurant OnboardingIdentify and approach potential restaurants, food outlets and vendors in the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular field visits to acquire new merchant partners.
• Explain the Flipkart Minutes Food platform and its benefits to prospective partners.
• Convert prospects into active business partners and achieve daily/monthly onboarding targets.
• 2. Field Sales & Territory ManagementVisit approximately 10–15 prospective restaurants/vendors daily.
• Plan daily routes and effectively cover the assigned territory.
• Track leads, conversions and onboarding progress.
• Ensure achievement of assigned sales and onboarding targets.
• 3. Merchant Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with restaurant and vendor partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact for merchants during the onboarding process.
• Understand partner requirements and coordinate for timely resolution of issues.
• 4. Documentation & OnboardingCollect and verify required vendor/merchant documents.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of onboarding formalities.
• Follow company processes, compliance requirements and operational guidelines.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada.
• Own two-wheeler is mandatory.
• Comfortable with 100% field-based work.
• Willing to travel extensively within Bangalore.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary + Fuel Reimbursement (Actuals) + Mobile Allowance
• Fuel expenses reimbursed as per company policy.
• 12-month Fixed-Term Contract.
