Field Sales Executive

Job Overview : We are looking for Field Sales Executives who will be responsible for generating new leads by visiting newly constructed and under-construction residential properties, meeting homeowners, builders, contractors, plumbers and other relevant contacts.

The candidate will identify potential customers for our solar water heaters and air source heat pump water heaters, generate leads, conduct basic site surveys and coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit newly constructed and under-construction houses/villas in assigned areas.
• Identify homeowners who may require solar water heaters or heat pump water heaters.
• Generate leads through direct field visits and networking.
• Meet and develop relationships with builders, civil contractors, plumbers, architects and other referral sources.
• Build a strong local network of plumbers and builders who can provide regular leads.
• Conduct basic site surveys to understand the customer's hot-water requirements and installation location.
• Collect basic information such as:
• Customer name and contact number
• Property location
• Construction stage
• Number of bathrooms
• Hot-water requirement
• Existing/planned water-heating system
• Installation location
• Take site photographs and measurements when required.
• Explain the basic benefits of our products to customers and generate interest.
• Share qualified leads with the senior sales/technical team for quotation and detailed discussion.
• Follow up on leads generated from the field.
• Maintain daily records of visits, leads, contacts and follow-ups.
• Regularly explore new areas and identify potential construction projects.
