Job Description

Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Find new sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels like LinkedIn.
  • Client Engagement and Pitching: Meet clients virtually or in person to give product demonstrations and present tailored solutions.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Discuss pricing, handle customer objections, and finalize contracts to secure sales.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong connections with existing clients to encourage repeat business and spot up-selling opportunities.
  • Target Achievement: Work hard to meet or beat monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Track daily activities, manage contact databases, and update CRM software with accurate data.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitor actions to spot new business chances.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and support teams to make sure clients are happy.
