Job Description

A Paytm Field Sales Executive (FSE) visits local markets to onboard merchants and promote digital payment tools like QR codes, Soundboxes, and card swipe machines.


Job Overview & Responsibilities

Merchant Acquisition: Visit local shops and retail stores to pitch and sign up new merchants. Product Setup: Install QR codes and activate Paytm Soundboxes or EDC card machines.

Relationship Management: Train business owners on transactions, handle re-visits for troubleshooting, and manage branding. Market Insights: Track local competitors and report feedback to team leads.

Requirements Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass; graduates preferred. Assets: Must own an Android smartphone and a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.


Experience:

Freshers are welcome, though 0 to 2 years of field sales experience in telecom, FMCG, or fintech is an advantage.
