Job Description
Job Description – Field Sales Executive (FSE)
Company: Paytm
Key Responsibilities
- Merchant Onboarding: Identify, approach, and onboard new merchants to the Paytm platform.
- Soundbox Deployment: Install and activate Soundbox devices at eligible merchant locations.
- Merchant Service: Provide timely support to existing merchants and resolve service-related issues.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong merchant relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Field Visits: Visit assigned merchant locations regularly and complete daily field activities.
- Business Growth: Promote Paytm products and identify opportunities for additional services among new and existing merchants.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in the field.
- Android smartphone is mandatory.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
- Ability to manage an assigned territory and maintain merchant relationships.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve business targets.
