Field Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our notebooks and stationery products across Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for visiting wholesale dealers, distributors, stationery shops, retailers, schools, and colleges to develop new customers and increase sales within Bangalore city.

• Key Responsibilities Visit notebook wholesalers, distributors, stationery shops, retailers, schools, and colleges across Bengaluru.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Promote Achiever Notebook products and explain product quality, pricing, and available varieties.
• Generate orders from existing and new customers.
• Maintain regular relationships with customers and ensure repeat orders.
• Follow up on pending orders, payments, and outstanding customer balances.
• Collect market information on competitors, pricing, demand, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the office and factory regarding stock availability, order processing, and delivery.
• Maintain daily reports of customer visits, orders received, sales achieved, and payment collections.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand the company's customer base across Bangalore.
• Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience in field sales, FMCG, stationery, books, or wholesale distribution is preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to identify new customers and build long-term business relationships.
• Willingness to travel throughout Bengaluru for customer visits.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and maintaining sales reports.
• Kannada communication skills are preferred; knowledge of English and Hindi is an advantage.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
