Job Description
Lead Generation: Source new business through direct outreach, builders, real estate brokers, and Direct Sales Agents (DSAs). [1]
Client Consultation: Meet prospective buyers to explain loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria. [1, 2]
File Processing: Collect KYC and financial documents, verify authenticity, and log files into the system. [1, 2]
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams to fast-track sanction and disbursement. [1]
Relationship Management: Maintain long-term connections with clients and channel partners for repeat or referral business
