Preventive Maintenance

• Execute scheduled PM visits to assigned Neo-X units across the Bangalore installed base — per

the PM calendar maintained by Service Coordinator.

• Complete PM checklist at each visit: exhaust filter inspection and replacement, Iris module check,

burn cycle test, exterior cleaning.

• Document all PM activity on the site service record and upload to the service tracker immediately

after each visit.

Reactive Service

• Respond to reactive service tickets assigned by Service Coordinator. Target: on-site within SLA

window.

• Diagnose and resolve first-level faults — exhaust filter clogs, Iris module resets, power connectivity

issues, physical damage assessment.

• Escalate complex or unresolved faults to Gnanesh with a written fault description and photographs.

Do not attempt unguided repair on unfamiliar fault types.

Post-Installation Follow-Up

Operations Scale-Up | Hiring Plan

• Conduct first 30-day post-installation checks on newly commissioned machines — confirm

operation, verify client staff understand waste loading, and identify early fault signs.

• Flag recurring fault patterns across any client cluster to Gnanesh and Installation Lead — early

detection prevents wider issues.

Documentation

• Complete service report for every site visit — site name, machine ID, fault description, action

taken, parts replaced, resolution status.

• Return unused parts after each visit. No parts to be held by the technician between visits.

QUALIFICATIONS

• ITI in Electrical or Electronics. Diploma preferred.
