Fitness Trainer

We are looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and dedicated Fitness Trainer to help clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals. The trainer will guide members through safe and effective workouts, provide personalized fitness plans, and motivate clients to stay consistent.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct fitness assessments and understand clients’ goals.

Create personalized workout plans based on fitness levels and objectives.

Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and ensure workout safety.

Monitor clients’ progress and make adjustments to training programs.

Motivate and encourage clients to maintain regular fitness routines.

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional training environment.

Build positive relationships with clients and provide excellent service.

Requirements:

Good knowledge of strength training, cardio, and basic fitness principles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for fitness and helping people achieve their goals.

Certification in Personal Training/Fitness Training is preferred.

Freshers with relevant knowledge and certifications can also apply.
