About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, smart and result-oriented Female Franchise Sales Manager to handle franchise expansion across Karnataka.

The company will provide qualified franchise leads. Your responsibility will be to connect with interested prospects, explain the business opportunity, conduct meetings/presentations, build confidence and convert qualified leads into franchise appointments.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and follow up with franchise leads provided by the company.
• Contact prospective franchise investors and understand their requirements.
• Explain the complete franchise business model, investment, process and benefits.
• Conduct phone/video meetings and face-to-face meetings with prospects.
• Present the franchise opportunity professionally and answer prospect queries.
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects until the sales process is completed.
• Negotiate and handle common objections professionally.
• Coordinate with the company team for documentation, agreement and franchise onboarding.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
• Travel across Karnataka for franchise meetings, presentations and business development.
• Achieve monthly franchise appointment and sales targets.
• Maintain proper lead follow-up and sales reporting.
• Candidate RequirementsFemale candidate with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confident personality with strong convincing and negotiation ability.
• Good knowledge of Kannada, Hindi and English preferred.
• Experience in franchise sales, real estate, business development, B2B sales, financial products or similar sales roles will be an advantage.
• Must be comfortable meeting business owners/investors and handling sales discussions.
• Willingness to travel across Karnataka.
• Should have a valid driving licence and be comfortable with regular travel.
• Target-oriented and capable of independently managing the Karnataka territory.
• Smart, professional and presentable personality.
