Job Description

Welcome patients and manage all clinic appointments using our digital clinic management system.

Key Tasks:

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
  • Schedule, confirm, and update appointments using the clinic management software
  • Maintain accurate patient records and handle registration
  • Manage phone calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries
  • Collect payments and issue receipts
  • Support the clinic team in daily operations
