Job Description

We are looking for a Front Office Executive to join our Interior Design Firm.

Job Responsibilities:

Attend walk-in clients, mainly during weekends.

Handle leads generated through various sources.

Make cold calls and introduce our company and interior design services to potential clients.

Explain our services and fix client appointments.

Regularly follow up with leads and clients.

Prepare quotations under management guidance.

Maintain and update client details and lead status in MS Excel.

Coordinate with clients and the internal team.

Follow up with potential clients and assist in converting leads into confirmed projects.

Skills Required:

Good communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi.

Confident in speaking with clients over phone and in person.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

Good follow-up and convincing skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Previous experience in telecalling, sales, front office, or interior design is an advantage.
