Front Office Executive Cum Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Build partnerships with colleges, corporates and educational institutions and drive fresher enrolments.
• Conduct student counselling, presentations, orientations and career guidance sessions.
• Generate leads, follow up with candidates/institutions and achieve monthly enrolment targets.
• Handle fresher & staff recruitment, screening, interviews and onboarding.
• Coordinate HR operations, attendance, employee records, engagement activities and internal communication.
• Represent the company at college visits, career fairs, seminars, webinars and networking events.
• Maintain strong relationships with students, candidates, institutions and corporate partners.
• Support student engagement, retention and overall training success.

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills – Mandatory
• Confident in public speaking, counselling and presentations
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and convincing skills
• Energetic, proactive and target-oriented personality
• Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
• Corporate formal dressing and professional grooming are mandatory
• Should be comfortable interacting with students, parents, colleges, corporates and management
• Prior experience in HR, Business Development, Counselling, Recruitment or Education/Training industry is preferred.
