Job Description
We are seeking a warm, organized, and articulate Front Office Receptionist to manage our clinic's front desk in Whitefield, Bangalore. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming, professional, and comforting environment.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Greeting & Assistance: Welcome patients and visitors warmly, manage walk-ins, and guide them through registration and consultation processes.
- Appointment Scheduling: Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and in-person bookings to coordinate daily doctor schedules efficiently.
- Multilingual Communication: Seamlessly interact with patients in Kannada, English, and Hindi to ensure clear and comforting communication.
- Billing & Records: Manage basic billing, cash/digital collections, and maintain accurate patient logs using clinic management software.
- Clinic Coordination: Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff to ensure smooth patient flow and minimal waiting times
