Graphic Designer

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to bring event concepts to life through strong visual communication. You’ll work across corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, brand activations and digital campaigns, collaborating with our creative, production and client servicing teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop creative concepts and visual themes for corporate events, conferences, exhibitions and brand activations.

• Design stage backdrops, LED screen creatives, standees, banners, welcome boards, directional signage and exhibition graphics.

• Create event collateral including invitations, brochures, delegate kits, certificates, badges, menus and presentation decks.

• Adapt client branding and guidelines into cohesive on-ground event experiences across multiple touchpoints.

• Prepare print-ready artwork with correct dimensions, bleed, resolution and file formats for production.Create digital assets for social media, emailers, event promotions and digital displays.

• Coordinate with production and vendors to ensure artwork is technically accurate and executed as intended.

• Handle revisions and last-minute design requirements while maintaining quality and meeting event deadlines.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 6 months – 2 years of professional Graphic Design experience.

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

• Good understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.

• Practical understanding of large-format printing and event production is preferred.

• Experience in an events, exhibitions, advertising or creative agency will be an advantage.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail and versatility.
