About us

Advito Global is a marketing and business growth company based in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work with automotive dealerships, real estate developers and hospitality brands. Our specialist arms include Advito Social for social media and performance marketing, and Peacock Studios for photography and videography.

About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to produce social media creatives and reel covers for our clients and for Advito Global's own brands. The work goes live on client campaigns, so it must be on brand, accurate and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, including static posts, carousels and stories
• Design reel covers and thumbnails consistent with each client's brand
• Adapt a single creative into multiple formats and sizes for different platforms
• Design campaign creatives for launches, offers and festive promotions
• Follow and maintain brand guidelines across multiple client accounts
• Work on print requirements when needed, such as flyers, standees and banners
• Incorporate feedback quickly and manage multiple revisions within deadlines
• Maintain organised, well labelled source files for every project

What we are looking for

• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or brand environment
• A strong portfolio of social media creatives. This is the primary basis for shortlisting
• Experience working in a structured, process oriented environment, and the discipline to carry that into daily work
• Complete ownership of a task from brief to final delivery, without needing to be chased
• Strong technical detailing and a clear sense of what is right and wrong in a design, so that work is self checked before it reaches us
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work across multiple brands and switch styles without losing consistency
• Attention to detail on spelling, pricing and offer accuracy in every creative
• Ability to handle a high volume of work and meet daily deadlines
• Comfortable working in a small team and taking responsibility for deliverables

Mandatory requirement

• The candidate must have their own laptop capable of running Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator smoothly
• The laptop will be used for daily work at our office
• Software licences will be provided and borne by Advito Global
• Applications from candidates without their own laptop will not be considered

Software

• Must have: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Good to have: Canva, Adobe InDesign, Figma, basic Adobe After Effects

Added advantage

• Experience designing for automotive, real estate or hospitality brands
• Basic motion design skills for animated posts
• Understanding of how creatives perform on social media and paid ads

Other details

• Probation period of 2 months
• Selection process: portfolio review, practical assessment, then interview
