Role Objective

Lead creative direction and sales growth by creating compelling luxury interior concepts, converting high-value prospects into clients, and ensuring every client interaction reflects premium positioning.

Key Responsibilities

**Creative Leadership**

* Define and maintain luxury design language and creative standards.

* Lead concepts, mood boards, material palettes and design presentations.

* Ensure designs are distinctive, sophisticated and aligned with client lifestyle.

* Review and approve key creative outputs before client presentation.

**Sales & Business Development**

* Lead sales for high-value / HNI & UHNI residential projects.

* Convert qualified leads into design consultations and signed projects.

* Conduct client meetings, site visits and design presentations.

* Understand client requirements, lifestyle and budget to create customised proposals.

* Build strong relationships with architects, developers, real-estate professionals and HNI clients.

* Identify opportunities for referrals, repeat business and strategic partnerships.

**Creative Sales / Conversion**

* Use design expertise as the primary tool for sales conversion.

* Develop compelling presentations that communicate the lifestyle and experience, not just products.

* Drive premium upselling through bespoke furniture, materials, styling and turnkey solutions.

* Lead negotiations while protecting luxury positioning and margins.

**Client Relationship**

* Act as the senior creative point of contact for key clients.

* Build trust and credibility throughout the sales and design journey.

* Ensure a seamless transition from Lead → Consultation → Design → Contract → Execution.

**Team & Performance**

* Mentor designers and sales team members on creative selling.

* Track leads, proposals, conversions and sales pipeline.

* Set monthly sales and revenue targets in coordination with the Founder/MD.

Ideal Profile:

Experience: 8–12+ years in luxury interiors / architecture / premium real estate / high-end furniture.

Must have:

* Strong luxury design sensibility

* Proven sales & business-development ability

* Excellent client presentation and negotiation skills

* Experience handling HNI/UHNI clients
