Head of Business Operations

Key Job Responsibilities -

• Manage day-to-day client requirements and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Attend and coordinate client calls, addressing queries and follow-ups as required.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the business and coordinate with internal teams.
• Coordinate and manage fund manager deliverables, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow up on pending tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Basic Qualifications -

• Pursuing graduation or have completed graduation.
• Willingness to work with us for a minimum of 12 months.
• Proficient in communication - English and Hindi (both mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Good organisational and follow-up skills.
