Position Summary 

We are seeking a dedicated Home Chef (1+ years’ experience) to prepare, cook and serve delicious and healthy daily meals (multi-cuisine, veg and non-veg) across a select portfolio of premium homes in Koramangala, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities 

• Prepare and cook delicious and healthy daily meals in select premium homes
• Listen/Read instructions sent by the company to understand the dishes to be cooked for the day in the home
• Provide inputs for ingredients that have to be ordered by checking in the kitchen as part of the instructions
• Speak to home members for any special requests and convey it to the Manager

Qualifications 

• Minimum Qualification of 12th Pass
• Preferred backgrounds: Degree in Hotel Management (Culinary) or worked in a hotel/restaurant kitchen as a line cook/chef (3-5 star)  
• Fluent in Hindi and Kannada; English language proficiency is a strong advantage

Skills & Competencies 

• Core: Cooking home cooked food of multi-cuisine for premium residences in Koramangala, Bengaluru
• Technology: Comfortable using smartphone and applications like WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram etc

Personal Attributes 

• High integrity, trustworthiness, and self-motivated with a service-first mindset and composure under pressure
• Willingness to learn, adapt to each home’s lifestyle, and submit to background verification and reference checks
• Impeccable grooming, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions

• Competitive salary (₹22K–25K/month) + upto ₹5,000 performance incentive with full-time conversion after 3-month probation
