Job Title: Home Loan Executive – Field Sales
Experience: Fresher to 3 years
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Location: Bangalore
Employment: Full-time
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Home Loan Executive to drive home loan business through field sales, customer acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, builders, brokers and other channels.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their home loan requirements.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation and application process.
- Assist customers with KYC and collection of required documents.
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs and internal teams for loan processing, sanction and disbursement.
- Follow up with customers and ensure timely conversion of leads.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Maintain customer relationships and regular sales reports.
Candidate Profile
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome.
- 1–3 years' experience in banking, NBFC, home loans, financial services or field sales is preferred.
- Good communication, convincing and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and local travel.
- Target-oriented, energetic and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of banking/financial products will be an advantage.
