Job Description
Generate leads for home loan products through field visits, referrals, and customer references.
Meet prospective customers and understand their home loan requirements.
Explain home loan products, interest rates, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
Collect and verify customer KYC and income documents.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for loan processing.
Follow up with customers from application to sanction and disbursement.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, DSAs, and channel partners.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records and provide regular sales reports.
