Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Home Loan Executive to generate home loan business, assist customers throughout the loan process, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, documentation, follow-ups, and coordination with banks/NBFCs.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads for home loans through various channels.
• Contact potential customers and understand their financial requirements.
• Explain home loan products, interest rates, eligibility, and repayment options.
• Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
• Coordinate with customers, banks/NBFCs, credit teams, and other departments.
• Follow up on loan applications from login to sanction and disbursement.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, builders, property dealers, and channel partners.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with company and lending guidelines.
• RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of home loans and financial products is preferred.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
• Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Freshers can also apply; experience in banking, finance, insurance, or sales is an advantage.
