Job Description


  • Welcome and assist patients at the clinic
  • Manage appointments and clinic schedules
  • Answer incoming calls and patient enquiries
  • Handle patient enquiries through WhatsApp
  • Follow up with patients regarding appointments
  • Confirm appointments and follow up with no-shows
  • Maintain patient records and basic documentation
  • Handle billing, payments and receipts
  • Coordinate with the doctor and clinic team
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming reception environment
  • Follow up with enquiries and help convert them into appointments
  • Collect patient feedback and assist with review requests
