Housekeeping ManagerSalary: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to maintain high-quality service standards across our property portfolio. You will be responsible for quality audits, staff training, and ensuring every unit is guest-ready.

  • Core ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance: Conduct daily property inspections to ensure strict cleanliness and aesthetic standards.
  • Staff Training: Train and supervise housekeeping teams on SOPs, deep-cleaning techniques, and professional etiquette.
  • Operations: Manage turnover schedules and coordinate with maintenance for any necessary repairs.
  • Inventory: Oversee stock levels for linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in housekeeping supervision (Hotels/Real Estate/Hospitality).
  • Skills: Strong eye for detail, leadership abilities, and basic reporting skills.
  • Mobility: Must possess a two-wheeler and valid license for inter-property travel.
  • Efficiency: Ability to manage multiple sites and meet tight deadlines.
