Job Description

  • Supervise and lead the night shift housekeeping team, ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Manage daily cleaning tasks and staff deployment efficiently.
  • Coordinate material shifting and maintain housekeeping assets.
  • Conduct inspections to uphold high cleaning standards.
  • Collaborate with departments for seamless operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.


Requirements:

  • Prior housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping techniques and equipment.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends.
  • Kannada speaking must
  • Should have the knowledge in House keeping
  • Should be capable of team management
