HR Executive

• Preferable for Male candidates
• Kannada language is mandatory
• PF & ESI experience is mandatory
• Min 3 to 5yrs exp is required.

Attendance & Leave Management

• Monitor daily attendance and shift records.
• Maintain employee leave records.
• Process leave applications and regularize attendance.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding attendance discrepancies

Payroll Support

• Prepare monthly payroll inputs.
• Verify attendance, overtime, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions.

Statutory Compliance

• Handle PF, ESI, Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), and Professional Tax (PT) compliance.
• Process employee PF and ESI registrations and exits.
• Assist in statutory inspections and maintain compliance records.
• Maintain employee documentation as per labour law requirements.
• HR Operations
• Maintain employee personnel files and HRMIS.
• Issue HR letters including confirmation, promotion, transfer, warning, and experience letters.
• Maintain employee database and HR reports.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies.

Employee Relations

• Address employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities.
• Support grievance handling and disciplinary procedures.
• Promote a positive workplace environment.

Exit Management

• Conduct exit formalities.
• Process full and final settlement documentation.
• Coordinate asset recovery and clearance.
• Maintain exit records and reports.
