Job Description
Handle recruitment and selection activities.
Source candidates through job portals, references, and other channels.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
Manage joining formalities and employee documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Handle attendance, leave, and employee-related queries.
Assist with payroll inputs and monthly HR reports.
Coordinate employee onboarding and induction.
Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
Handle HR policies and ensure proper implementation.
Coordinate with management and employees for day-to-day HR requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Assist with statutory compliance and other HR activities as required.
