HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for hospitality and cloud kitchen positions.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, WhatsApp groups, and other recruitment channels.

Screen candidates based on experience, skills, location, salary expectations, and availability.

Conduct initial telephonic/online interviews.

Coordinate interviews and cooking/skill trials with the hiring team.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

Coordinate documentation and onboarding requirements.

Maintain regular communication with candidates and operations teams.

Support bulk hiring requirements and ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably hospitality recruitment.

Good communication and candidate-handling skills.

Knowledge of sourcing through job portals and social media.

Ability to handle multiple vacancies and bulk hiring. Strong follow-up and coordination skills..

Willingness to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
