Job Description
- HR Role – Main ResponsibilitiesHandle recruitment and hiring activities.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Complete joining formalities for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and documents.
- Check and track daily joining and exit formalities.
- Complete exit formalities for employees who leave the company.
- Coordinate with employees and internal teams for HR-related requirements.
- Ensure all joining and exit processes are completed on time.
