Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinating with business teams, sourcing candidates, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand manpower requirements and coordinate with business teams on hiring needs.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, databases, job fairs, and campus drives.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and business/functional teams.
• Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure timely offer releases and joining of selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and daily/weekly hiring dashboards.
• Work closely with Regional HR and business teams to close open positions within defined TAT.
• Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, walk-in drives, and other hiring initiatives.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Track offer-to-join conversion and follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and processes.

• QualificationAny Graduate / Postgraduate.
• MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
• Preferred ExperienceFreshers can apply.
• Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, BFSI, NBFC, sales hiring, or volume hiring will be an advantage.
