HR – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR professional who will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee coordination, and HR policy development. The candidate should understand the company’s manpower requirements, hire the right people accordingly, and support the organization in building and implementing effective HR policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify manpower requirements based on business and operational needs.

Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates for various positions.

Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with department heads for final selection.

Manage the complete recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.

Maintain a database of candidates and ensure timely hiring.

Understand employee and business requirements and recommend suitable hiring solutions.

Assist in preparing, updating, and implementing HR policies and SOPs.

Help establish policies related to attendance, leave, employee conduct, performance, recruitment, onboarding, and other HR processes.

Maintain proper employee records and HR documentation.

Support employee engagement and address basic employee-related concerns.

Coordinate with management and different departments on HR requirements.

Ensure HR processes are followed consistently across the organization.

Preferred Profile:

Experience in recruitment/talent acquisition and HR operations is preferred. The candidate should be proactive, organized, good at communication, and capable of understanding business requirements and hiring people accordingly.
