Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions on time.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
  • Support attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee benefits administration.
  • Address employee queries and support employee relations activities.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and internal initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and HR policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR documentation.
  • Support performance management and employee development processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR matters.
