Job Summary-

We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Executive to support our loan/finance department. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee coordination, attendance and performance management, documentation, and HR operations. The role requires good communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work in a target-oriented financial environment.

• Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for loan/finance positions.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, references, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
• Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR-related databases.
• Coordinate with managers regarding manpower requirements and recruitment targets.
• Support employee performance monitoring and appraisal processes.
• Address employee queries and maintain positive employee relations.
• Coordinate training and induction programs for new employees.
• Monitor employee discipline, company policies, and HR procedures.
• Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, attrition, and employee performance.
• Coordinate with payroll and administration teams when required.
• Assist management in improving employee retention and reducing attrition.
• Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of employee information.

• Prior experience in recruitment or HR operations, preferably in the loan, banking, NBFC, or financial-services sector, is preferred.
